Welcome to this week’s edition of Wise Apple Weekly! I’ve got to be honest, friends – this past week has been a rough one. For the first half of the week I could feel that I was fighting something, and by the time yesterday rolled around, that ‘something’ officially won the fight. In fact, I’m writing this post from under a pile of blankets that probably weighs more than I do.
But I’m not here to complain about a cough and a runny nose, I’m actually here to tell you that despite feeling under the weather, this week was a pretty darn good one. If you had asked me earlier today, I may have had a different story to tell, but now that I’ve spent some time looking over photos from the week, putting together this post, I realize there was still a whole lot to be happy about. In fact, I’ve been noticing more and more lately that snapping photos throughout the week for these regular updates has helped me feel more grateful in general. It’s so easy to zip through a week and focus on what didn’t get done, instead of taking the time to appreciate all of the beautiful things that did happen. While I don’t have any major changes or updates to share with you all today, I do have plenty of little things, and I’m kind of starting to think that all of those little things really are just as important.
